Shipping:
Orders are processed daily, and you will be notified via email when your order is being shipped.This usually takes 1-3 business days. TodaysBabies.com ships via FED EX, UPS and the United States Postal Service.We strive to keep shipping rates as low as possible,thus will choose the most economical way to ship merchandise. If a product is needed immediately please email Todaysbabies.com with the special request and we will do so. Please keep in mind some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and depending on the time of purchase it could take a minimum of 48 hrs. Shipping rates only apply to the 48 continental US states. Alaska, Hawaii and international customers: Our website is designed for US customers only. Please contact us via email or by phone at 717-741-0408 for a shipping quote before making your purchase. If making your purchase before contacting us for a shipping quote there will be a 10% charge for cancelling your order if you choose not to go forward with the purchase. Orders will be sent US priority mail, US first class if available in your area, Fed Ex or UPS, and does have specific weight and size limitations for every country. International packages can not be tracked during shipping unless you prefer to use Express international shipping. You must contact me via email or phone if requesting express shipping, and your credit card will be charged the Express price according to weight and size of the box. We are not responsible for lost packages when sent via first class or priority international. Please note that only unused and unopened packages can be returned. All pricing is based on US currency.
Returns:
TodaysBabies.com proudly backs up every product and offers a full refund on any product that you may want to return that is unopened. A 20% restocking fee will apply and product is to be returned within 10 days of receipt of product. If the product is in anyway defected no fee will be due. Once defected or returned product is received by Todaysbabies.com, with an authorization number,(must contact Todaysbabies.com for authorization number) the new product will be shipped out or your credit card will be credited. Replacement products for defected items will be shipped at no charge to you. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Please note only unused, unopened merchandise can be returned for a full refund minus shipping and handling.
Cancellations:
Any cancelations must occur within 24 hrs of sale before product is shipped. After the product is shipped you must then refer to the returns policy above.
Refusal of Package:
If a package is refused upon delivery the customer will be responisible for any incurred shipping charges to TodaysBabies.com, and a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. Once the refused product is received back in the warehouse a credit will be issued to the original credit card less the restocking fee and shipping charges. The original shipping charge will apply if the product refused was under a free shipping promotion. If product was damaged during the shipping process no fees will be owed.
